Why did the president of Iran state they have no alternate lifestyle people there?

When he came over here he even said they don't have cross dressers, is he serious, should our scientist go over and check their water or what? I had heard that they execute those poor people but didn't know for sure. That's pretty insane.

There are State sponsored programmes to coerce cross dressers and even gay men into accepting surgical gender realignment ; that way everyone can relax and say they have no 'Alternative lifestyle people' living there.
9. Yes, here they execute poor, innocent serial killers and serial rapers in public!!! Iran is a big and modern country with civilised people. Our people changed their government about 30 years ago, and they will do it again themselves if they feel it is necessary! No one can execute poor people just for nothing! Why don't you come to Iran (or visit Iranian sites) yourself and see the TRUTH?
