Where can I get free japanese channels/news online daily?

With the cable i have i cannot watch japanese t.v.....is there a site via online where i can watch japanese daily news or just japanese t.v. for free? Is there also a place for japanese dramas?...and if there arent free sites are there very cheap ones?

1. Go to http://wwitv.com/portal.htm where you can find the list of countries in the left column. Select "Japan", then in the right column, around 30 online web tv sites will appear, all of which are free of charge. Some are dedicated to news or other types of programs, and others offer a variety of programs including news and dramas. Enjoy!
