Do you really think president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is really running Iran?

Or is he just a spokesman for the Ayatollah (or however you spell it)? Is the real threat president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad or does it come from the faith?

1. No. The Ayatollahs are in charge. I am of the opinion that he is just basically their mouthpiece.

4. No he isn't, in a recent news article the congress wished he'd keep his mouth shut. There is a special branch that takes care of the Army and all the affairs of that service, another that takes care of the federal government and their needs. He's more of a political dummy and has a big mouth.

He is an elected President of Islamic Republic of Iran and currently with great popularity too, enjoys top authoritative position in the Government and basically a centrist and reformist and not a Islamic radical or fundamentalist! Neither Ahmadinejad nor the ruling Islamic Revolutionary Council of Iran are a threat to the United States or even to the Israel, as made out in the western media! In fact if the US Congress makes the moves more prudent they could be friendly than the Saudis and can do better for a permanent and peaceful solution for the Israel-Palestine issue! No Islamic faith of any Moslem community in any nation could become a force to reckon with to oppose and endanger the free world of Euro-American states, except for a handful of fundamentalist, extremist and militant groups with basically no faith on god but with faith in mindless and barbaric violence and these are to be eliminated by their own people and not by USA or others to do anything directly!
